We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or supplier delays.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

5. Installation Services

If you purchase installation services from us, you agree to:

• Provide your vehicle in a condition suitable for installation
• Disclose any known issues with your vehicle that may affect installation
• Grant permission to our technicians to access necessary vehicle components
• Accept that certain installations may require modifications to your vehicle

We warrant our installation services for the period specified at the time of purchase. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.

6. Product Warranties

Products sold by us may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. We do not offer any additional warranty beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless expressly stated at the time of purchase. All manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.

For products covered by our store warranty, the specific terms, conditions, and duration will be provided at the time of purchase. Our warranties are limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion and do not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Products that have been installed
• Products with broken seals or that have been opened
• Products that are intimate or sanitary goods
• Gift cards
